Oriental Salad

1 Lg pkg of coleslaw mix
Bunch of green onions (5-6)
½ Cup sunflower seeds
½ Cup toasted slivered almonds

Mix slaw, almonds, sunflower seeds and onions

Dressing:
Blend
½ Cup vegetable oil
¼ Cup sugar
3 tsp vinegar
seasoning package from Ramen soup mix
Pour over salad and toss.
Chill

Crush noodles in bag and add just before serving so they will be crunchy.
I use the Beef Ramen but the Chicken does as well, just not so spicy.
